Secretary/Treasurer:Â Under administrative direction; to plan, organize, and direct the financial, accounting, and related administrative functions of the District; to assist the General Manager with the protection of District assets and the maintenance of budget controls; to perform the most complex accounting functions; to invest District funds; to serve as secretary to the Board of Directors, relieving them of a variety of administrative details; to perform difficult and complex office support work; to prepare and distribute the Board agenda; to maintain official records of Board proceedings and actions; and to do related work as required.
