To commemorate Banta-Carbona Irrigation District’s 100-year anniversary, this mini-documentary delves into the District’s history, its challenges and triumphs to deliver reliable water, and its commitment to securing the future of agriculture in the San Joaquin Valley and beyond. Produced by award-winning communications firm J Comm, Inc., the film includes perspective from BCID staff and Board members, as well as growers in the District’s service area.
In May 2022, the film was recognized with three Telly Awards and nominated for an Emmy award in the 51st annual Northern California Area Emmy Awards.
